This program will introduce you to the background of the techniques before progressing onto an accessible and fun workout aimed at beginners through to intermediate levels.
Utilising the "Stability Ball", Lucy Knight, (a professionally qualified fitness instructor and trained dancer), takes you through a number of classic postures designed to assist your body in toning up. By using subtle balancing styled exercises, your body muscles naturally tone up whilst stabilizing the ball.
Gym-Ball is extremely effective and with regular practice, you will notice the difference within a short period of time. You will not want to work out any other way!
